INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES: Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs. We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. PO Boxes We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses (including Aramex addresses) at this time.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: Due to trading agreements and customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. We'll let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase. Tracking Once you place your order you will receive an email confirmation. This initial email will NOT contain tracking information. Your tracking information will be sent to you once your order has PROCESSED. Please allow for 2-4 business days from email confirmation to process and ship out your order. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting MY ORDERS. We reserve the right to cancel any orders or ban any user that we suspect might have aided by browser automation, or a reservation service. Please note, if you use a web proxy or “bot” to purchase, your order is automatically flagged as high risk and may result in your order being canceled.

TAXES
All New York Orders are subject to New York 8.75% sales tax on purchases.

GIFT CARDS: In-store gift cards cannot be used for online purchases. Online gift cards cannot be used in-store.
Casa Calcio is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards after it has been purchased at either location. Cueva cannot offer a replacement on any gift card purchase.
